Registered users on this site were vetted and registered as professional Computer Science Educators.  Only upon a successful vetting is an educator manually registered by this site's administrator.

Today, 27 February 2015, a d2L zip file was distributed to all registered users of this web site.

The zip file contains 20 quizzes that are appropriate for examination of content in the Cay Horstmann textbook, BIG JAVA Early Objects Fifth Edition, and/or the corresponding Udacity MOOC, Intro to Java Programming.  This file was created for use with the d2L Learning Management System.  The existence of the attached zip file is due to efforts by Gustaaf Wehnes, Calgary CSE Teacher and Technology Learning Leader, William Aberthart High School.

The d2L zip file contains 20 quizzes that were derived from a question test bank with questions that correspond to the first 20 chapters of the text book by Cay Horstmann, BIG JAVA Early Objects Fifth Edition.  This file was created precisely for use with the d2L Learning Management System.  These testing resources must be guarded.  Do not give unsupervised access to this file or any of the content because that could invalidate its use by other teachers for their own evaluative purposes.

I'm using Moodle to assess students.  Anyone know of a way to import D2L quizzes into Moodle?  If not, would it be possible to export the test bank in another format? Looks like Moodle can import Aiken, Blackboard, Examview, Gift, Moodle XML or WebCT formats.

Many thanks to Gustaaf in sharing this resource!
